We want you to love your SkinAura experience.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.


🛍️ Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare, hair care, or fragrance products unless they are faulty.

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as final sale


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Please email us at edenlifeplus@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at edenlifeplus@yahoo.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
